I agree to follow all instructions provided, and I understand that I am responsible for any damage or loss of equipment. I also agree to release Appeldoorn's Sunset Bay Resort from any liability related to the use of these items.

Safety Guidelines:

Always wear a life jacket when using water toys or equipment.
Supervise children at all times while they are using the beach and water toys.
Return all items to their designated place after use.
Report any damage or malfunctions to Appeldoorn's Lodge Front Desk immediately.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the rented equipment's care and safety during the rental period.
Use of Equipment: The equipment is for personal recreational use only and must not be used for commercial purposes or illegal activities.
Condition of Equipment: Return the equipment in its original condition, with normal wear and tear expected.
Liability: You accept all liability for any injuries or damages caused by using the rented equipment.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the equipment owner(s) from any claims or losses related to the equipment's use.
Rental Duration: The equipment can be rented for a maximum of 4 hours and must be returned no later than 6:45pm. Late returns or exceeding the 4 hour limit will result in a $50 fine.
Age Requirements: Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
No Charge: There is no fee for renting the equipment during the agreed rental period.
Governing Law: This agreement follows the laws of Minnesota.
Damage or Loss: You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the equipment. You agree to compensate for any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear or loss of the equipment.
Return of Equipment: Return all rented equipment to the designated drop-off location by 6:45pm. Failure to return the equipment on time may result in additional charges as determined by the owner(s).
