ACTIVITES

Sunset Bay Resort is a four-season resort. Our cabins are available for sunning on the beach in July
or ice fishing in January. Whenever you need a vacation break, we’re here at Lake Mille Lacs waiting for you.

SUMMER ACTIVITES ON LAKE MILLE LACS

Come and join us in the summertime to have fun on the best sandy beach on Lake Mille Lacs.
Over 300 feet of sandy beach awaits your arrival!  Children will have a great time playing in the water, fishing, swimming or just sitting on the dock.  We have two kayaks, a paddle boat, a water trampoline, a jungle gym, a water slide, and a kiddie water slide available for use by our registered guests.

Check out our volleyball equipment and get a game going! Try out our new horseshoe pits, grab a basketball and shoot a few hoops, enjoy a round of golf at a nearby golf course, take a hike or ride a bike on the state trail just outside of Isle.

Ever try an ATV? Although we do not allow them to be off the trailer at the resort, you are more than welcome to bring your own and trailer it to several of the nearby trail accesses. The Soo Line Trail is accessible just south of the junction of Highway 47 and 27 on the east side of Isle.

Tired after a long day in the sun fishing and swimming? Be lazy around an evening campfire and enjoy the company of family and friends. Take a break, get away for a while, relax and enjoy yourself.

WINTER ACTIVITES AT THE RESORT

Come join us for some of the best winter fun on Mille Lacs!  Do you like ice fishing?  Rent one of our fish houses ranging from cozy 4 holers up to a large 22 hole premier house! Can’t get enough of the great outdoors? Try some cross-country skiing on the state trails or rent a snowmobile (nearby) and go for a trail ride.
